A festschrift volume will be published by World Scientific, titled Relativity, Particle Physics, and Cosmology. The publication date should be early 1999.

We hope that every invited speaker will make a contribution to these proceedings.

Each speaker is free to choose the content of his or her paper, which should be 4-12 pages in length. Instructions will be sent by e-mail.

The deadline for receipt of papers is July 15, 1998.
