We need your titles immediately, and your manuscripts by June 15.

The following events are scheduled for invited speakers on Sunday, April 5:

(1) Tour of the Bush Library at 3 pm.

(2) Texas Style Barbeque at 4:30 pm at Hensel Park.* Food will be served at 5:00 pm.

(3) General Reception at 7:30 pm at the Bush Conference Center.

There will also be a banquet Monday night, and a reception for the invited speakers Tuesday night, at Chris Pope's house.

Wives or companions are invited to these events, and there will be a social program for companions of invited speakers on Monday and Tuesday.

Four suites at $125 per night have been reserved at the Hilton, which is the best hotel. Other rooms at the Hilton may or may not become available at a later time. Ten rooms have been reserved at the Ramada, fifteen at the Holiday Inn, and another fifteen at the Memorial Student Center. All these blocks of rooms will be released after March 20, so it is essential to make a reservation before then. It is prudent to make a reservation as soon as possible.

* Hensel Park is on South College Avenue, approximately one-third mile north of University Drive, just within the Bryan city limits. There is a sign for the park on the east side of South College Avenue. The barbeque will be held at the pavilion.
