Easterwood Airport is part of Texas A&M University. It is a 10-15 minute ride from the Physics Department and the relevant hotels in College Station.
There is regular service to Easterwood from Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston, via American Eagle and Skywest. The flight time is about 1 hour from DFW and 1/2 hour from Houston International.
Some of the hotels are on Highway 6, also known as Texas Avenue, which runs past the front of the university. Others are on University Drive and George Bush Drive, which intersect Texas Avenue and run along the north and south edges of the university. The Memorial Student Center is on the university campus.
